If you need to change your child’s regular days, you can update your booking using our app, My Family Lounge. It also allows you to keep your details up to date and view your enrolment at any time.
To add days, just speak to your Centre Director (subject to availability).
To reduce permanent days, we ask for 2 weeks written notice.
To end your enrolment, please give 4 weeks written notice via email to your Centre Director.
